1. General Terms
By using Royal Petals and our atelier services, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
2. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice — you pay the price shown at checkout.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders placed against obvious pricing errors, with a full refund.
- Order confirmation is subject to bloom availability on the morning of dispatch — our florists source fresh from Pushkar and Ajmer each morning.
3. Delivery
- Delivery windows are best efforts. Traffic, weather, festival processions and royal heritage events across Jaipur can add 20–60 minute delays.
- Our rider calls before arrival and holds for ten minutes at the recipient's door.
- For same-day delivery within Jaipur city, orders must be placed before 2:00 PM IST.
- We deliver across the Pink City, Pushkar, Ajmer and the immediate Rajasthan region.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancel up to 4 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund.
- Same-day orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing — after that the arrangement is already being composed in our atelier.
- Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 5–7 working days.
- Perishable items (flowers, cakes) cannot be returned once delivered.
5. Product Quality
Each arrangement passes a rigorous multi-point visual inspection before dispatch. If you receive damaged or unsatisfactory products:
- WhatsApp us a photo within 2 hours of delivery.
- Our quality team will replace the arrangement or refund in full — no back-and-forth.
- Actual blooms may vary slightly from images shown, as we work with the seasonal availability of native varieties.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
