1. Cancellation by Customer
You can cancel your order at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Inside the 4-hour window, we can often still reschedule but not cancel, because the arrangement is being composed in our atelier.
- Requests made less than 4 hours before delivery may not be accepted if preparation has begun.
- For same-day delivery orders, cancellations are not accepted once the order has been processed (typically within 30 minutes of placing).
2. Non-Cancellable Items
Personalised gifts, perishable items once dispatched, and same-day delivery orders placed within the express window cannot be cancelled. Wedding, corporate event styling, and bespoke heritage-property arrangements are governed by a separate agreement signed at the time of consultation.
3. When We Cancel for You
Rarely, we can't source a bloom on the morning of dispatch — the seasonal availability of native Rajasthani varieties means substitutions are sometimes necessary. In that case we'll call or WhatsApp you, suggest an alternative from our atelier, and refund in full if you prefer. No questions, no delays.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. UPI is usually fastest. If the order was cancelled by us due to non-availability, a 100% refund is issued immediately. We'll email a confirmation the moment the refund is initiated.
