Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your order at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.

• Requests made less than 24 hours before delivery may not be accepted if preparation has begun.
• For Same-Day delivery orders, cancellations are not accepted once the order is processed.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

Personalized gifts, perishable items (once dispatched), and same-day delivery orders placed within the express window cannot be cancelled.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. If the order was cancelled by us due to non-availability, a 100% refund will be issued immediately.
