1. Delivery Areas
We deliver across Jaipur and the immediate Rajasthan region — including Pushkar, Ajmer, Amber, the heritage-property belts, and the cantonment areas. Enter your pincode on any product page to check delivery availability.
2. Same-Day Delivery
Orders placed and paid before 2:00 PM IST are eligible for same-day delivery within Jaipur city. Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered the next available day. Outlying areas (Pushkar, Ajmer) may have slightly earlier cutoffs — see the product page for specifics.
3. Delivery Slots
Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Evening: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Night: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Midnight: 11:00 PM – 12:30 AM (additional surcharge applies)
4. Delays
Heavy rain, festival processions, royal-heritage events or wedding baraats can add 20–60 minutes. We'll SMS you with any delay. If a delay means the blooms would arrive outside their freshness window, we'll refund in full without being asked.
5. Recipient Unavailable
Our rider calls 15 minutes before arrival and holds for up to 90 minutes. If no one can receive, we re-deliver next morning at no extra charge — or leave with a trusted neighbour or property security if you've consented to it on the order.
